An absolute delight to taste Zorzal EGGO Blanc de Cal Sauvignon Blanc 2019. This one is reminiscent of the herbal, high acidity versions we all know and (mostly) love from NZ. But takes it a step further with a tremendous chalky texture, zingy grapefruit and lemon aromas with a touch of sweet peach; fantastic minerality and finish. Tasted February 2022.
