If I were drinking Undurraga Sibaris Pinot Noir Gran Reserva 2019 in a blind, I would have guessed it from the Old World. Alas, this Chilean Pinot Noir is merely a steal of a deal and elegant to boot. Fresh cherry and raspberry aromas burst from the glass with a light dusting of oak and herbs. On the palate, gentle tannins and nice acidity create an elegant and balanced sip. Tasted October 2021.
