Tommasi Le Rosse Pinot Grigio 2021

Covert Farms Family Estate Rosé wine
Tommasi Le Rosse Pinot Grigio 2021 is a decent wine, though not particularly complex. Subtle aromas of ripe apple and pear needed to be found - nothing else too obvious wafting from the glass. The wine is dry and brightly profiled (read: acidity) with a refreshing finish. I'll praise where it's due with Tomassi's lower-impact packaging. The bottle is lightweight, at 420 grams. Its cork is FSC-certified organic. And its label? Printed on FSC-certified paper. So, good job there. Tasted July 2022.
Process: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. 4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks.
