TIME Viognier 2018
This medium-bodied Viognier is one of only a small handful I know of from the Okanagan Valley. TIME offers a lovely rendition, dry with a lush mouthfeel; mineral notes marry with tropical fruit and honeysuckle aromas. Only a kiss of oak sneaks in on the palate, lending a balance of flavours generous in its offering. A light, citrusy finish end on a high note. Tasted January 2021.
