Always lovely to see these two ridin’ in the saddle together: 60% Chardy, 40% Pinot Noir. A refreshing take on rosé. Spier Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2020 emits creamy strawberry and fresh summer peach aromas. It's delightfully crisp on the palate with an approachable profile. Yet dignified with a nice amount of structure through its finish. Enjoyable with friends, excellent with food. Tasted September 2021.
Process: Only the free-run juice was drained off to settle overnight. The Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir were fermented together in stainless steel tanks.
