An ode to doing things 'your' way. This 100% Pinot Gris is whole cluster, fermented with wild yeasts and bottled without sulphites, fining or filtering, giving its hazy orange hue. Its savouriness is at the forefront, giving orange pith and leafy green tea aromas. Though slight and quick, there's an effervescence on the palate, dying quickly. Flavours range in citrusy fruit with hints of spinach greens - hello there, tannins. An adventurous wine for drinkers looking for something unique. Best chilled and with food. Tasted October 2022.
