Sperling Vineyards Heritage Pinot Blanc 2021
This 100% Pinot Blanc comes from 2 locations in East Kelowna, growing on slopes in vineyards dating back to the 1980s. Estate-bottled and fermented to 10.1% ABV, this wine highlights aromas of vibrant white fruit, including honeydew and quince — with a hint of freshly cut grass. Vibrant acidity bursts through the front door upon sip, with flavours of green apple, lemon zest, and unripe pineapple that drop off a bit too quickly. Its medium body rounds the corner to a pleasant finish. Tasted October 2022.
Process: Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
