Road 13 Seventy-Four K 2019
A big and well-balanced red. Road 13 Seventy-Four K 2019 is a nod to the vines; if you place the rows end to end, you'll have 74 km. The aromas are surprisingly delicate, hinting at something bigger to come. The juicy cherry and red plum notes lead to darker blackberry and blackcurrant with hints of sweet tobacco and oak spices. The body is full, with textural tannins, nice acidity, and a lengthy finish. Tasted June 2022.
Process: Individual components are aged separately in 20% new French oak before final blending.
