Road 13 Chip Off the Old Block Chenin Blanc 2020 continues to be one of the most exquisite expressions of the grape. Ripe stone fruits fill the glass, exuding peach and nectarine. A tangy salinity quality leads to laser acidity ripping from the lips, beelining down the insides of the cheeks and landing with an explosion of mouth-filling, refreshing deliciousness. Also, it includes 2% Orange Muscat, lending an essence of blossom and marmalade.
Process: Fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Aged on (light) lees for unknown amount of time.
