The 2020 rendition of Niche Wine Co's Farm Fresh White is a friendly aromatic blend, combining two of the Okanagan Valley's top white grapes: Gewürztraminer (70%) and Riesling (30%). Leaning into its aromatic character, citrus blossom and almost-ripe stone fruit waft from the glass. The palate is lean, with a mineral touch, with white peach and pear characteristics lingering in the background. Chill and enjoy on a warm evening. Tasted March 2022.
