Monte Creek Living Land Rosé 2021 is a gorgeous colour, salmon pink accented by watermelon tinges. It's unexpectedly dry, with a pinky toe in off-dry—concentrated fruit aromas of tart cranberry and candied pink grapefruit. The mouthwatering acidity delivers a similar flavour profile alongside hints of almost-ripe raspberries and juicy citrus accents. The acidity lingers through the finish, which isn't going anywhere fast. A truly unique expression of rosé in British Columbia. Tasted May 2022.
