The consortium only just approved Prosecco Rosé production in May 2020 - less than a year later, it’s on my desk! Made from 90% Glera (the regular Prosecco grape we all know and love) with 10% Pinot Noir, Mionetto Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato is an absolute delight. Raspberry, grapefruit and watermelon rind aromas. Off-dry, with juicy and refreshing flavours. Delicate and dazzling acidity. Tasted April 2021.
