Liquidity Dividend 2019 is a quintessential full-bodied and rich Bordeaux-style wine from a mix of Okanagan Falls Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Winemaker, Amy Paynter, is originally from New Zealand and brings broad experience to the south Okanagan Valley after working and travelling from Santa Barbara, California, to Cape Agulhas, South Africa. Each variety is individually aged in French oak and comes together with pristine harmony, marrying juicy black fruit flavours with smokey nuances and notes of tea — a bold yet finessed blend with elegant tannins leading to a balanced finish. Tasted December 2021.
