Head distiller, Ciarán ‘Rowdy’ Rooney, created Glendalough Rose Gin in tribute to his mom, Rose. He uses fresh roses from her garden in every batch. Near or far, let’s raise a glass to moms everywhere! Fragrantly floral and flavourful with notes of rose (obviously) and soft spice. Tasted May 2021.
