No one in the world can grow this vine or make this wine called Gamay Noir 'Droit'. An incredible factoid to share around the table. Aromas of blackberry, smoke, and earth share the glass with a touch of eucalyptus. Dry, with striking acidity. Green pepper and barnyard character rounds out the bouquet as it approaches its savoury finish. Tasted July 2021.
