A grassiness off the top, followed by gooseberry and white grapefruit aromas. A refreshing sip explores a linear mouthfeel with high acidity, nuances of wet stone accented by hints of green apple and yellow nectarine. A lovely wine, perfect to pair with a herbed-filled grain bowl or a grilled salmon atop a leafy salad. Tasted June 2022.
