Bottega Rose Gold Spumante Brut
Bottega Rose Gold Brut is made from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), this bubbly got its fizz from the Charmat/tank method. And delightful bubbles at that! Nose tickling, but not aggressively so. Lively red fruit flavours of sweet strawberry and red currant with a hint of tart raspberry. The fruit-forward flavours balance nicely with boisterous acidity. Make room on the table for this wine, particularly alongside a summer green leaf salad with grilled peaches and feta or a light grain bowl overflowing with nuts and dried fruits. Tasted June 2022.
