Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brut Rosé is a radiant pink colour with glints of gold. Since its inception in the 70s, the Brut Rosé has become a flagship expression against which others are compared. Made of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 30% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Invigorating and illuminating acidity. An effervescence that dances, sip after sip. Light with summer strawberry notes and a hint of orange peel. Just the right amount of buttery herbed cracker with a soft and creamy indulgent mouth-feel. Tasted November 2020.
