Evolve Brut Rosé 2018
Sourced from Skaha Lookout Vineyard and Kuipers Family Vineyard, Evolve Brut Rosé 2018 delivers impressive maturity and composure after five years on lees. It opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, and brioche, followed by a fine, persistent mousse and a palate that balances crisp acidity with subtle creaminess. Red currant, citrus zest, and toasted almond notes linger through a dry, polished finish, showing both regional brightness and the textural depth more often associated with top cool-climate sparkling wines from Canada. Tasted August 2025.
Process: Traditional method winemaking. Comprises 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 9% Pinot Blanc, and a delicate touch of 1% Syrah. Each varietal was fermented separately before bottling. Following the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine was aged for 5 years on its lees.
