Mission Hill Reserve Meritage 2020
Mission Hill Reserve Meritage 2020 comprises a mix of fruit: 42% Cabernet Franc, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, and 7% Petit Verdot - all from their estate Black Sage and Osoyoos vineyards. It has brooding aromas of boysenberry and bramble with notes of mint, new leather, and freshly ground coffee beans making skirting appearances. The palate is dry, with notes of fig, plum, and cooked dark fruit making their way through the textured tannins leading to a lengthy finish. Tasted June 2022.
Process: Aged for unknown amount of time in French and American oak barrels.
