Josh Cellars Prosecco is refreshingly effervescent with an essence of potpourri and honeysuckle. Melon, pear, and green apple flavours round out a brightly balanced palate. A nice touch of sweetness on the finish, but dry overall. Great value to drink on its own or a delightful addition to brunch mimosas. Tasted March 2022.

What happens when you eat an appy, main, and dessert for every meal while visiting Southern Rhône? You end up with a lot of food pictures that deserve to be showcased.

Europeans eat different, three courses are customary. They indulge, savor, and don’t need snacks in between meals.

I’ve always been that person that travels with snacks, in case gluten free meal options are a challenge. But this trip, I didn’t need a single one.

🤔🍇 In this case, I was surprised to discover that I should have drunk it yesteryear. There was nearly no fruit character, and it had a bitter quality.

But really, all the Southern Rhône vintage charts say 2017 is still safely in its ‘drink’ window. So what happened here? Did I get a bum bottle?
