Visiting Rundle Bar at Banff Fairmont is always a highlight ✨, this time in particular, as I decided to indulge in their infamous purple potion: Rundle Bar Gin.

Juniper berries, fresh orange wheel, a hint of fresh rosemary, and Fever Tree Indian Tonic dance in the glass; each sip takes you to new heights - literally! You can't see the epic mountain views in the background, but it's astounding how a drink becomes even better when surrounded by nature's grandeur.
