wine leans into the region’s wind-cooled intensity, delivering a rosé that feels energetic. Aromas of blood orange, pink cherry,
and chalk-dusted strawberry lead into a palate that’s firmly dry, edged with bright acidity and a subtle saline note that brings
upon a mouthwatering. The partial fermentation in neutral French oak adds just enough texture to round the edges, giving the wine a faint creaminess. Nicely balanced and versatile at the table. Think grilled prawns, Niçoise salad, or even spicy tuna hand rolls. Tasted June 2025.
