Sourced from Coyote Canyon Vineyard in Washington’s windswept Horse Heaven Hills, the wine balances sun-driven concentration with surprising finesse, offering notes of sour cherry, cranberry, dried rose, and white pepper layered over a subtle crushed stone character. The inclusion of whole clusters and the decision to bottle unfined and unfiltered give the wine a lightly wild edge and a fine-grained, dusty texture that keeps it compelling through the finish.
