Kismet Infinity Rosé 2025

Covert Farms Family Estate Rosé wine
Kismet Infinity Rosé 2025 is a juicy, fruit-forward Okanagan rosé with a pale copper-pink colour and plenty of personality. Made from a surprisingly broad blend of eight red grapes, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, it leans into ripe red fruit and watermelon with a soft sweetness of impression, followed by a bright citrus note that keeps the palate lively. The Saignée method gives the wine a little more substance than a very pale, delicate rosé, while the finish lingers with a subtle savoury edge. There’s a playful quality here, but the dry finish keeps it from feeling overly sweet. Serve it well chilled with grilled salmon, charcuterie, or anything that benefits from a fruit-driven rosé with enough flavour to hold its own. Tasted June 2026.
