JoieFarm A Noble Blend Pacific Northwest Edition 2024

Covert Farms Family Estate Rosé wine
JoieFarm A Noble Blend Pacific Northwest Edition 2024 is a cross-border blend, bringing Washington fruit together with grapes from Summerland and Naramata in the Okanagan. The result is a juicy, aromatic white that leans into the expressive side of Gewürztraminer and Riesling, with ripe peach, citrus, rosewater, and a little peppery spice. There’s some sweetness on the palate, but bright acidity keeps it moving, while small amounts of skin-contact Ehrenfelser and Oraniensteiner add a bit more texture and savoury character. It’s an interesting snapshot of the Pacific Northwest beyond the usual regional boundaries, especially in a vintage where collaboration across the border helped make the wine possible. Tasted November 2025.
Process: All local fruit was co-fermented in stainless steel. Ehrenfelser and Oraniensteiner were separately skin-contacted and ambient fermented to add texture.
