Blasted Church Viognier 2025
If you think Viognier is all about big florals and ripe stone fruit, this Okanagan version takes a slightly different route. Blasted Church Viognier 2025 is full of quince and white pear, with a little hay and citrus that shows up slowly as the wine opens. It’s rounded and textured from time in barrel, but the acidity keeps everything feeling fresh rather than heavy. The 15% Marsanne in the blend adds a bit of shape. What I like most here is the balance: there’s richness but it doesn't forget the freshness. Tasted July 2026.
Process: French oak barrels for fermentation and aging.
